Taylor Stitch gets it. From the surf inspired spring line to their all-merino activewear designs, each collection introduced from the San Francisco-based brand seamlessly blends minimalist form and maximalist function. The latest to catch our eye is the newly released Waypoint Collection, conceived as an answer to what their designers would pack for a weekend away, destination unknown. “Nothing extra. Everything essential,” as they put it. And truth be told, it’s a winner.

With eight designs, the collection covers all the basics, from two short sleeve options to a pair of pants and shorts, a sturdy merino henley, insulated shirt jacket, and even a seam-sealed technical jacket made with legendary Polartec Neoshell (a material arguably lighter in weight and more waterproof than most Gore iterations).

Because we’re minimalists at heart, the merino short sleeve henley and pocket tee are atop our wish list. It (speaking to each) is the perfect all season base layer—after all, merino isn’t just for winter, its natural thermoregulatory abilities keep your core temp stable in warm weather too. The waxed cotton khakis aren't bad either, while we're at it.

We’ll leave it at that. There’s not much flash here to highlight, but that’s kinda the point, after all.
